PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

As the Tutoring Instructor at K-12 Refugee Education Services, I managed our daily After School tutoring program for middle and high school students. I managed a group of 60 volunteers, who supported our group of over 100 students.

With experience as both an English as a Second language teacher in Chile and a Spanish teacher in Michigan, I have created and implemented lessons plans focused on speaking and listening, followed curriculum guidelines and administered assessments.
